Psalm 103:2-3 NKJV

Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: [3] Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,

Do you ever talk to yourself? This Psalm is a conversation the Psalmist is having with himself. He encourages himself to bless the Lord. He continues to give reasons to himself why he should sing bless the God. He focuses on the benefits God has given him, God's forgiveness for his sins, God healing all his diseases.
