[3] And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.

Seeking direction from God through prayer and fasting will make you prosper in all you do. Prayer destroys confusion, indecisiveness, procrastination, and laziness. It gives you faith and determination to do great things. Prayer authorizes God to get involved in what you are doing. The disciples did nothing without getting direction from God.
