[14] And the second day they marched around the city once and returned to the camp. So they did six days.
I know you may have heard about sleep-walking; that is to say someone who walks around while they are asleep. But have you heard about prayer-walking? It refers to someone in their right mind who purposefully walk around a neighbourhood or a particular area while praying. God instructed the Israelites to walk around the promised land in silence. That is more or less the behaviour you assume when you do a prayer walk. God did not want them to casually walk around the promised land and having loose conversations. He wanted them to be focussed and meditative.

Prophetic Instructions.
You can either physically walk around your neighbourhood or a particular area while praying; or you can pray in your room and see yourself walking around it in the realm of the Spirit.
Cast down every stronghold and destroy the works of the devil.
Pray with authority and bind what needs to be bound and loose what needs to be loosened.
When you prepare to go to your workplace or business, pray before hand and declare victory, increase, success and excellence.
Make some time to walk around your neighbourhood as well and pray for their salvation.
