Romans 10:11 NKJV
For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame."

"Whoever believes on Him..." Here, the word "whoever" is inclusive, showing that the invitation to believe in Christ is open to all, regardless of background, past mistakes, or social status. This speaks to the unconditional love of God for the world. if God heard Jonah from the belly of the whale in his sinful state, He will here you. You have no reason to doubt that your prayers will be answered.
